Announcing new features from the updates March 20 2012
Multiple
sizes for container/truck/palletYou can
define the multiple sizes for containers/ trucks/ pallets to
calculate the best combinations of different sizes to fill all
cargoes. Also you can define
the max number of each size as well as the filling sequence.
A new rule
'Use group rule (Keep the same group together)'
It tells the engine to keep the cargoes of the same groups
placed together. It prevents the same groups from splitting at
the different area. It is useful for a truck load where the same
stops of destinations should be placed together.
A new rule
'Floor Stack'You can define the position of
cargoes - always on the floor or on the other cargoes. Also
relation of two different cargoes is defined with the 'Supports
Others' option for every cargoes.
A new
rule 'Safe stacking' and 'Min. Support Rate'
It tells the calculation to keep the cargoes of the same
groups placed together. It prevents the same groups from
splitting at the different area. It is useful for a truck load
where the same stops of destinations should be placed together.
Improved Pallet Load Optimization
The recent optimization engine version 10.7 made quite
improvement for loading with very different carton sizes where
each size has quite small quantity.
