Excel Import

You have three options to bring an Excel data into the CubeMaster; The copy and paste, importing fixed-column-named Excel file and free-column-named Excel.

Copy and paste

Copy the block of cells in a spreadsheet of the Excel file and paste them in the CubeMaster SKU List. For example;

1. Open your Excel file
2. Make a block of all rows under a column that will be the SKU name
3. Return to the Setup View of the CubeMaster program
4. Press Ctrl + V and then the number of new rows will be added in the SKU List
5. Click on the first row under the SKU name column at the SKU List
6. Press Ctrl + V again and then the SKU names will appear on the list
7. Repeat copy and paste all remaining cells in the Excel file as above steps

Import Fixed-column-named Excel File

Make an Excel file contains fixed column names and locate it at specific folder. Just open the Excel file at the Data Source window of the SKU Database and then the program will bring all the data from the Excel automatically. To see the sample of the Excel file, click here.

Import Free-column-named Excel (or CSV) File

Make an Excel file contains free column names as your preference and locate it at specific folder. You need to configure the column settings to help the program to understand the format of the Excel file. Open the Excel file at the Data Source window and then the program will bring all the data from the Excel automatically.
