Question 1:
Do I have to buy a copy (a license) for each user of the software?
Answer: Yes. The software is for use on a single computer only.
The USB dongle key provided with the software will protect an
illegal use and copy (You should plug the dongle key into your
computer during the use of the software).
Question 2:
Is this like a subscription? Do I have to renew? Will my license run
out?
Answer: No. It is a buy-once, use-forever. When you order a
license you receive the program on a CD, which has no expiration
date.
Question 3:
I have a single user license of the software and have it on my
desktop PC. May I also install it on my laptop for when I travel?
Answer: Yes.
Question 4:
What is the condition of maintenance?
Answer: The followings terms are free for three months after
purchasing.
- Trouble shootings: you will have full access to the prompt
technical support staff
- Free upgrade: you will receive upgrade on your software free
of charge
- Purchase additional products at 70% discounted price (You
take 30% discount)

- Take a package within 48 hours via FedEx
The software is shipped via FedEx on a CD in a protective
booklet. (Shipped at our expense, duties and taxes and
associated fees to be paid by the receiver.) Usually received in
2 business days in the USA and 2-4 business days outside the
USA.
